Reports to: Head of School FSLA Qualification: Exempt Position Purpose: The Chief Financial and Operating Officer provides strategic, operational, and financial support to the Head of School for Good Shepherd Episcopal School (the “School”) including Good Shepherd Parents Day Out (“PDO”). The Chief Financial and Operating Officer is responsible for all long-range financial matters, financial and administrative objectives, policies, legal liaisoning, human resources, programs and practices which will ensure the School and PDO as a continuously sound financial institution. The position will have primary day-to-day re
