Summary:  Responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns including Form 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 1041, 990, 706, and 709. This role will involve ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while providing exceptional client service. This role will require strong knowledge of tax laws to maximize tax benefits for clients and minimize their tax liabilities.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  Tax Preparation: Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities. Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation of expenditures.
